Instructions: Quit your MedBASE program if it is running.
Download the appropriate file (updatemedbasefull.exe or updatemedbaselite.exe). 
Run the downloaded file (updatemedbasefull.exe or updatemedbaselite.exe) to uncompress the update files. 
Click on Next then choose the location of your MedBASE program (usally C:\MEDBASE) and click finish. 
The next time you start your MedBASE Program it will automatically perform the update.
